Brianna will present at Indiana Farm Bureau's annual Drainage School on August 23, 2017, in Indianapolis. She will discuss the recent Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) regulatory changes, the dismissal of the Des Moines Water Works lawsuit regarding nitrates in drinking water, and the Supreme Court's ruling in the Hawkes case, which clarified the appeal procedure for wetlands determinations by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
