PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) seem to be in the news more and more. Of course we hear about these “forever chemicals” in non-stick pans and firefighting foam—but agricultural land applications could lead to some of the largest potential impacted sites by area. What are the legal risks and potential routes forward related to PFAS impacts on agricultural ground?
