Brianna Schroeder will be presenting on Hot Topics in Agricultural Land Use at Indiana Farm Bureau’s Agricultural Land Use and Zoning School. This on-line webinar will dive into key land use issues affecting agricultural operations. This program will offer attendees an improved understanding of how land use and zoning play a vital role in shaping the landscape of agriculture in Indiana. 

 Agriculture is significantly impacted by land use planning and zoning. More recently, economic development has impacted agricultural land use. Understanding land use considerations, statutory process and recent case law developments are important to agricultural stakeholders and local decision makers. Continuing education credits for attorneys are being sought.
